To qualify as a participating artist/band of Americaneedsme.com, you must:

Have original music available online. |

Be 18 years of age or older. |

Continuously promote your artist/band charity page to your fans via live performance, Myspace, Facebook, fan e-mail list, tv, radio, and podcasts.

Place the "American Needs Me" banner on either your music website or your main myspace page. |
As a participating artist/band you get:

20% total of all net sales generated throught your participating artist/band charity page. Of that 20%, you select a percentage (25, 50, 75 or 100%) which we donate to your selected participating charity. We handle all charity paperwork! |

Consideration for the the official "America Needs Me" featured artist/band position. |
If selected to be a featured artist/band you get these added perks for one month:

A 5% increase to 25% total of all net sales generated throught your artist/band charity page. |
