You are entitled to 25% of the net proceeds generated by your Featured Artist Charity Page. Of that 25%, how much would you like to donate to your charity?

Please read the following and check the “I agree” box, denoting that you understand and accept the terms of the agreement.
Upon signing up as a participant of www.americaneedsme.com (hereafter referred to as “ANM”) you agree to the following terms: 1) 20% of all net sales generated through your Participating Artist/Band charity promo page from ANM products is yours to keep, donating at least 25% of it to a participating charity of your choice. 2) To participate in a democratic vote of the top 2 most profitable Participating Artists/Bands for the position of the following month's Featured Artist/Band. Voting is closed on last Thursday of every month at 12PM PST and you can only vote once a month. 3) To post a provided banner on your own personal/band website or main myspace page which includes a link to www.americaneedsme.com. Removing this banner will void your participation along with this contract and all terms associated with it. 4) To generate as much web traffic to ANM as possible through mention of your Participating Artist/Band charity page in print, public broadcast, webcast, live performance and general public communication. 5) To send to your fan base via email, myspace bulletin or any other electronic communication, a link to your Participating Artist/Band page or www.americaneedsme.com. (Premade html promo code is available & provided) 6) Allow ANM to display an artist/band image provided by you at time of signup for the duration of time when you are a Participating Artist/Band. 7) To hold blameless and indemnify ANM and its agents, affiliates and staff of any injury or fault caused by publication of your likeness and music to the fullest extent of your ability both legally and publically insofar as any such legal, public or private dispute occurs due to said publication. If selected to be the Featured Artist of ANM you are subject to the above terms plus the following terms for the period of one calendar month: 1) an increase of 5% in the net sales generated by your Featured Artist/Band Promo Page from the sales of ANM Products, for a total of 25% for you and your charity. 2) To allow ANM to make available on its own myspace.com page www.myspace.com/americaneedsme one original song of yours that both you and ANM agree upon, subjected to the rules and terms of music policy on myspace.com.
